Raised in Reno, Nevada, Dr. Strailey earned her undergraduate and graduate education in biochemistry and biotechnology, respectively, at the University of Nevada Reno. Following this, she attended The Medical School for International Health at Ben-Gurion University in Be'er Sheva, Israel. She pursued a residency in family medicine at The Joan C. Edwards School of Medicine at Marshall University in Huntington, West Virginia, where she was part of the Global Health Track. Dr. Strailey is board-certified in family medicine. Her clinical interests include infectious disease, dermatology, gastroenterology, rheumatology, management of diabetes, hypertension, and other chronic medical conditions, including behavioral health needs.“I believe that primary care is at its best and most effective when patients and their providers collaborate. I am passionate about developing strong interpersonal relationships with my patients, being thorough in health evaluations and crafting personalized care plans, closely monitoring medical conditions, and helping patients follow through with reaching healthcare goals.”When not spending time with her patients, Dr. Strailey, her husband, and her son enjoy visiting their extended family, who live in Colorado, California, Michigan, Alaska, and Arizona.
